Terms of Service

These terms apply to all cleaning services booked with San Antonio Maid Services ("we", "us"). By submitting a quote request, confirming a booking, or accepting a cleaning visit, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

We offer professional residential cleaning services across Greater San Antonio: Standard House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb and short-term rental turnover, Post-Construction Cleaning, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, and Home Organization. Each visit is performed by background-checked, bonded, and insured cleaners. Specific tasks included in each service type are listed on the relevant service page; ask us if anything is unclear before the visit.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide about your home — square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, and scope. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described, we will let you know before starting and adjust the quote with your approval. Pricing is in U.S. dollars and is exclusive of any applicable Texas sales tax.

Booking, payment, and cancellation

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and ACH bank transfer. Cancellation with at least 24 hours notice incurs no fee. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee equal to the team's lost time, which we will confirm in advance.

Access to your home

You agree to provide reasonable access to the home (key, code, or smart-lock) at the scheduled service time. Access information is stored securely and only shared with the assigned cleaning team. If access cannot be provided at the agreed time, the visit may be rescheduled and a same-day cancellation fee may apply.

Satisfaction guarantee

Every cleaning is covered by our 100% satisfaction re-clean guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return at no charge to address the area in question. The guarantee covers cleaning quality; it does not cover pre-existing damage, items beyond reasonable cleaning, or service-area changes after the visit.

Damage and liability

We carry liability insurance and bonding to cover accidental damage or loss caused by our team. Claims should be reported within 48 hours of the visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items left in the home that are documented as not to be touched.

Property manager and Airbnb hosting

For move-out cleanings tied to property-manager checklists and for Airbnb / short-term rental turnovers, you remain the responsible party with your landlord, property manager, or guest. We provide receipts and follow standardized checklists, and our re-clean guarantee covers any inspection callout for cleaning quality. We are not party to your lease or hosting agreement.

Pets

Our team is comfortable cleaning around dogs and cats. Anxious or aggressive pets should be secured in a separate room during the visit. Please tell us during booking if your pet has special handling requirements.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or pause service if conditions in the home present a safety, health, or workplace-harassment risk to our team. We will notify you immediately and discuss next steps.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
