Expanding Coverage: Boerne and Canyon Lake Now Part of Our Standard Service Area

We've extended same-day routing to Boerne (Kendall County) and Canyon Lake (Comal County) — what it means for residents and short-term rental hosts.

We are formalizing what has been happening on a case-by-case basis for the past six months: Boerne (Kendall County) and Canyon Lake (Comal County) are now part of our standard service area with dedicated routing, posted response times, and capacity reserved for both residential recurring service and weekend short-term rental turnovers.

For residents and hosts in these areas who have asked us for service over the years and gotten one-off arrangements, this is the upgrade. Same lead-cleaner pool. Same satisfaction guarantee. Posted response times you can plan around.

What’s new

Dedicated Hill Country routing. Boerne and Canyon Lake have always been doable from our San Antonio base, but routing them as one-off jobs added scheduling friction that limited what we could promise. We now run dedicated Hill Country routes that include Cordillera Ranch, Tapatio Springs, downtown Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch (boundary), Canyon Lake, and the Guadalupe River corridor.

Posted response times. Boerne and Canyon Lake response time is now Next-Day Service Standard with same-day on capacity. New Braunfels (which we already routed regularly) remains Same-Day Service Available with weekend priority. The Hill Country drive distance from San Antonio core means we cannot honestly promise same-day every day; next-day standard is what holds reliably.

Recurring slots. We are accepting recurring bookings in both areas. Recurring slots fill faster than one-time visits, so the practical advice is to lock in a slot now even if your start date is later.

Weekend Airbnb turnover capacity. Canyon Lake vacation rentals get same routing priority as our New Braunfels weekend rotation. Hosts can join recurring contract pricing.

Why the expansion fits our model

Two factors made this the right time.

Cordillera Ranch and Tapatio Springs growth. New construction has been steady in Cordillera Ranch and the surrounding Boerne corridor. New construction means post-construction cleaning — a service we run with HEPA-filter equipment that other regional cleaners typically do not stock. Builders and homeowners in the area have been booking us through individual referrals for two years; formalizing the routing was overdue.

Canyon Lake short-term rental volume. Vacation rental density around Canyon Lake has increased meaningfully since 2022. Our New Braunfels weekend rotation already runs through the Comal River corridor; extending the route to include Canyon Lake adds capacity rather than complexity.

Hill Country cleaning specifics

Cleaning in Boerne and the Canyon Lake area brings challenges the San Antonio core does not.

Limestone dust load. Hill Country homes accumulate fine limestone dust faster than urban San Antonio homes — the kind of buildup that an annual deep cleaning is built to handle. HEPA-filter vacuums and microfiber capture matter more here, not less. Standard equipment redistributes rather than removes.

Well-water mineral residue. Many Boerne homes are on well water with high mineral content. Hard-water spotting on glass shower enclosures, faucets, and dishware accumulates faster. We use acid-safe approaches for mineral spotting that protect finishes.

Larger lots, longer drive times. Cleaning logistics in Cordillera Ranch (gated, larger lot sizes, longer drives between properties) require route planning that flat-rate cleaners typically do not invest in. Our pricing reflects fair-time-on-property, not punitive drive surcharges.

Older finishes in downtown Boerne. The historic core around Main Street has older homes with original tile and finishes that demand careful product selection — same protocols we use in Alamo Heights and the King William historic district.

What stays the same

Same satisfaction guarantee. 100% satisfaction re-clean guarantee applies in Hill Country exactly as it does in Bexar County. If something is missed, contact us within 24 hours and we return at no charge.

Same vetting standards. All cleaners working Hill Country routes are background-checked, bonded, and insured. No subcontract crews, no third-party dispatch.

Same pricing structure. Boerne and Canyon Lake pricing matches our standard rate card. We do not inflate Hill Country pricing to cover drive time; routing is built around fair labor, not surcharges.

What this means for current customers

Existing San Antonio customers who have asked about cleaning second homes in Cordillera Ranch or Canyon Lake — call out the second property during your next quote and we can fold it into your recurring schedule.

New Boerne and Canyon Lake households can request a quote the same way as any other location. Mention your specific neighborhood or community so we can confirm capacity.

Short-term rental hosts in Canyon Lake who want to join our weekend rotation should reach out before mid-May to lock in summer 2026 capacity.

We will continue announcing service-area changes here on the blog. If your neighborhood is not currently listed and you want it covered, send us a note — coverage decisions are partly driven by where existing customers are asking us to go next.
